General conditions

 

Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation Pollicy :

Any reservation is considered as definitive on receipt of a deposit or a credit card number as guarantee. We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as is possible, should you wish to shorten or cancel your stay. :

  • - 30% of the total accommodation cost will be charged in the event of cancellation.
  • - 70% of the total accommodation cost will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior the arrival date.
  • - 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged in the event of no-show.

Check-in and Checkouts :

  • Rooms are available from 3.30pm on the arrival day.
  • Rooms must be vacated at 11am on departure day.
  • Please inform us in case of late arrival (after 8 P.M).

Rate :

  • Extra beds are available on request and cost €70 per day.
  • Baby cots are available on request and coitent 30€ per day.
  • The buffet breakfast costs €14 per day per person.
  • The prices are expressed including taxes and services.
  • The tourist taxes, amounting to € 1.10 per day and per person are to be paid at the end of the stay.

 

Extra services and fees :

  • Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
  • The rooms are "non-smoking".
  • The hotel has 2 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.
