General conditions

 

Reservation, Modification and Cancellation Policy :

Reservations are only confirmed after receiving a guarantee payment or a pre-authorization on a credit card.

  • Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected rate.
  • Any reservation modification is subject to availability and the applicable rate conditions.
  • 100% of the total stay amount will be charged in case of no-show.

 

Check-in and Checkouts :

  • Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
  • Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Please inform us in case of late arrival (after 8 P.M).
  • For departures before 8:00 AM, check-out must be completed the evening before.
  • A free luggage storage service is available.

 

Rate :

  • Extra beds are available on request at an additional charge. Rates vary depending on the season, between €30 and €70 per night. Please contact the reception for availability and exact rates.
  • Baby cots are available on request at 20€ per day.
  • The buffet breakfast costs €15 per adult per day and €7.50 per child under 10 years old.per person.
  • Rates are expressed including taxes and service charges
  • Tourist taxes of €1.10 per adult per day are payable at the end of the stay.

 

Information :

  • Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
  • The rooms are "non-smoking".
  • The hotel has 2 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.

 

Disputes :

  • In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
  • We thank you for your trust and remain at your disposal for any further information.
